I realized that I never posted the pictures from the cadets visit to the holdekodu (nursing home). It is situated in Erastvere, a little village far from anywhere. There were more than 50 residents at the program, and they clapped and sang along. We were all treated like royalty by the staff, and even had tea with the director (who can speak Finnish), who told us in great detail about the home and all that they do. He also showed us around the grounds, including the beautiful chapel that overlooks the nearby pond. It was truly a rewarding day.
